My server is stuck on "Loading"

I will preface this by saying that it is entirely my fault that the server crashed, however when trying to rectify it I am given no tools to do so because the server will not respond. 

I attempted to add additional creatures to my Valguero map using B+ Spawners. I was able to add the creatures that I wanted successfully. The problem occurred when I tried to also add element veins and OSD. I placed down 2 element veins, and 2 OSD. Upon placing the second OSD, the entire server went down. Now, I am someone who quickly cuts my losses, so I immediately went to the control panel and attempted to remove B+ Spawners, as well as checking the boxes to clean out everything to start fresh (this is day one on a new map anyway so I was going to lose nothing). 

With all of that said, my server is now stuck on "Loading" followed by "up 1h" (which I don't know what that means, and nowhere does it tell me what that means either). Upon trying to stop my server to get everything cleaned out I am given this: "Something went wrong -- Your server did not stop in time, so this save was not applied and nothing was changed. Let it finish starting, press Stop, and save again once it shows Stopped." So, now I am just a sitting duck with nothing that I can do about my server because there is no kill switch and the entire thing is no longer responding. 

I submitted a ticket but I really do not want to spend my only day off waiting for someone to check their email. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you in advance.
