Yes. Alchemy Factory has an official dedicated server, and it is what our servers run. Your factory stays online after everyone logs off, so any of you can come back and keep building at any time.
Friends open the Multiplayer Lobby in Alchemy Factory and pick your server from the server list, or join with the IP and port or the join code shown in your control panel. Set a server password to keep it to your own group.
Set an admin password in your control panel, then type /admin followed by that password in the game chat. You can then list players with /list, kick or ban them with /kick and /ban, see bans with /bans and save the world with /save. /help lists the commands.
