What special customers pay for
Four groups visit Hyland Point and buy in bulk. Each group takes two product types and has 5 favourite effects. A mix does not need those effects to be bought, but every one it has adds 40% to the payment.
How the payment is worked out
The offer starts from the product's value, the figure the Products app shows as its suggested price. The price you ask your regular customers does not come into it.
Quality scales the value first: Trash 50%, Poor 75%, Standard 100%, Premium 125%, Heavenly 150%. Then each favourite effect in the mix adds 40% of that amount, so a Standard product with all 5 pays 3 times its value.
The game works this out for each package you hand over. A baggie holds 1 unit, a jar 5 and a brick 20. The figures on this page are for one unit.
How much a group buys in a day
The daily limit counts units and grows with your rank. It resets when you sleep, for as long as the group stays in town.
How mixing works in Schedule I
Every ingredient carries one effect. Mixing it into a product adds that effect, and can change effects the product already has into different ones. A product holds up to 8 effects, and the order you add ingredients in changes the result.
A product's value is its base price plus a share of that price for each effect. The table lists the share each effect adds. An effect that adds nothing can still be worth making, because a later ingredient can turn it into one that does.

Where the numbers come from
Every number here is read from the game's own files, version 0.4.7f12: each effect's value and place on the mix map, each ingredient, each base price, each group's favourite effects and the payment rule.
The calculator follows the same steps the game does, in the same order. The lists under Special customers come from checking every product that can be made with up to 8 ingredients, then keeping the 10 that pay most.

What is left out
Profit here is the payment for one unit minus the ingredients mixed into it. Growing or cooking the product, packaging and staff are yours to add.
A save started with randomised mixing has its own mix map, so its effects will differ from these.

The Hippies pay more for Bright-Eyed, Calming, Calorie-Dense, Foggy and Zombifying. The Party Bus pay more for Electrifying, Gingeritis, Glowing, Slippery and Smelly. The Businessmen pay more for Anti-gravity, Balding, Energizing, Focused and Thought-Provoking. The Bikers pay more for Disorienting, Long faced, Paranoia, Schizophrenic and Spicy. A mix does not need any of them to be bought. Each one it does have raises the payment.
