Frequently Asked Questions about Starpath Server Hosting

How many players can join a Starpath server?

Starpath lists online and LAN co-op on its Steam page. Jonathan Smårs has not published a player cap yet. We will list slot options here once hosting details are settled.

Can I host my own Starpath dedicated server?

Dedicated server support has not been announced yet. Starpath's Steam page lists online and LAN co-op, which usually means one player hosts the session for their friends. If server files ship, Survival Servers plans to offer instant, hassle-free Starpath server rentals.

Is there a Starpath demo or playtest?

Not yet. Jonathan Smårs has said a playtest will come first and that the Starpath Discord community will be the first to play it. There is no public demo on Steam today.
