i cant find my server on the server list

Since you can join through the console, the server is up and reachable, so this is almost always a browser filter or listing delay and not a problem with the server itself. In the ASA browser, switch the session filter to Unofficial, turn on Show Player Servers, and tick Show Password Protected Servers if you have a server password set. Search with a short, distinctive chunk of the name rather than the full string, because the ASA search box is picky about special characters and long names. A server that was just restarted or updated can also take a few minutes to show up in the list again, so give it a little time after a reboot before searching.
