I think the server was just not up yet, I am now able to connect HOWEVER There is a new confusing issue. It looks like the server is not starting from scratch? There are multiple massive factory/bases built already. How do I start a totally fresh new world? Thank you

I just created a new server and account. My account name is ConanExKyles. When I input my IP address under "Manage Server" on Star Rupture, it gives me this screen:   Additionally, I was not able to log in to my account (which I created when I bought the server) to post this comment, only said I could "register later."

I tried as @Gaspar stated.   I have tried as @StealthyMartian suggested,    After attempting various reboots and checking server settings.

This should be fixed now. If it is still offline please run the update/validate and it should correct the issue that was causing it to stop. If it does not please send a ticket in and we can get you corrected from our end.
