How many players can join a Railborn server?

Railborn supports cooperative multiplayer for 1 to 4 players. You can play alone or team up with friends to build and manage your train together as you navigate the branching tracks and cultivate rare plants.

Does Railborn support mods?

As Railborn is currently in Early Access, mod support is limited or not yet fully established. The developers at WashBear Studio are actively working to bring the game from Early Access to full release, and more comprehensive mod support may be added in future updates.

What are the server requirements for hosting Railborn?

Railborn is a cooperative game for up to 4 players, so it needs far less hardware than large-scale survival games - a modern CPU and a few gigabytes of free RAM comfortably cover a full co-op session. SurvivalServers does not offer Railborn hosting yet; the Coming Soon button above will switch to ordering if support launches here.

Is Railborn cross-platform?

Railborn is currently available on PC via Steam. Cross-platform support for other platforms has not been announced. The game focuses on delivering a quality cooperative experience on PC first during its Early Access phase.

Can I save my progress on a dedicated server?

Yes, Railborn saves your co-op progress - train upgrades, farm cultivation, and gathered resources persist between play sessions. If Railborn hosting launches at SurvivalServers, servers here will include the automated backup and restore tooling that every game we host gets as standard.
