This issue was fixed a couple of days ago, hence why Bilco wasn't able to replicate the issue. There was some panel side changes that needed to be placed.
All of a sudden over the past week we've had people spinning up vanilla DayZ servers, so we hadn't really updated it at all in the past 6 months +
If you have a vanilla DayZ server you can simply "Run Task" to get vehicles or wait for the 24hr cronjob to be ran.

Resolved.
I decided to just look at the actual commands for server launch parameters. Turns out it is exactly like the "Survival Servers" server config tool is plain to the point. You use seconds as the variable. 0seconds to 86,400. Therefore 12:01 a.m. should be 60 in the variables.
Now just need to determine the time of the system (im assuming it is set to the location you are hosting from), and you are set.
Hope this is able to help others with a nub level that rivals mine. Sometimes the simplest thing is confusing.

Just wanted to give an update to this. Not sure why I haven't tested this before but there is a workaround until Ryan is able to fully implement this feature. On your main control panel make sure you have "Ark Update (Automatic)" set to "Enable". If your sub-user needs to update the server, he/she can simply log on to their sub-user control panel with limited access and click the "restart" button. This triggers the server to restart and check for updates. If any updates are available, it will apply them during the restart.
Just tested this out and it works like a charm. Hope this helps everyone out.

I was investigating an issue with my game.ini file when I noticed that the line that modifies your health is on the same line as the one before it. In my case, it was on the same line as ResourceNoReplenishRadiusStructures with no line breaks or spaces. It looked like this is the file:
ResourceNoReplenishRadiusStructures=1PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[0]=5.00
I put PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[0]=5.00 on its own line and it works properly, now.

Make sure that in GameUserSettings.ini
ServerPVE=false
The lines I removed from Game.ini were :
bAutoPvETimer=true
bAutoPvEUseSystemTime=true
AutoPvEStartTimeSeconds=0
AutoPvEStopTimeSeconds=0

I played around with this and 1 is the default. I'm just going to throw in numbers as an example, but aren't going to be accurate.
If at one everything is at the default decay time. Like wood = 5 days, stone = 7 days etc.
Making it .5 cuts those times in 1/2. Wood becomes 2.5 days and stone 3.5
Changing it to 2 wood becomes 10 days and stone 14.
Again these numbers are just an example and not accurate, but likely very close.

Just wanted to give a huge thanks for adding in the sub users. It really is a very nice addition to the overall functionality of survival servers. Once the ability for limited users to run updates is added in (as mentioned above), it should be perfect. Again, thanks for listening to our needs.

Look in your control panel for a section that says "ark update". To the right of that it should say "only when needed". Click the down arrow in that box and select "Yes, run the update". Now scroll to the bottom and click the green button that says "update settings and restart game server". Done

We'll be adding more games in the near future.
As for these mods, the problem is upkeep, support, and popularity.
A lot of those combinations are not popular, and we generally support mods that have 25-50 or more active game servers in the public server list. I can come up with a shorter list of more popular mods to add, but supporting that entire list is not practical. Not to mention the amount of time it takes to add the new mods, constantly scan for updates to all of these mods, and fix issues with the default files on all of these mods (we'd be inheriting the slough of issues that comes with the poorly coded mods)
Epoch Namalsk and Overpoch Namalsk both added to the list. We've received numerous requests for these mods and it's been on the back burner for a while due to some issues when 1.0.5.1 initially came out. I can look into expanding Overpoch to support Sauerland as well.
I removed the 3 ticket limit per customer due to this issue. I am looking into adding a close option for the customer end. -

You can do everything you want with it except view the source code.
So you can add admins (super, normal, low), etc and toggle the AntiHack on/off.
