When editing the ini files using the tool found in the control panel, add the commands under the [SCUM] section. (Settings blurred out so not to leak server information)

Reference the Server setting wiki page here to be certain you are following the proper formatting of the text and are using proper values, all commands should be followed by = with an amount or information/text following the =, do not that all commands are case sensitive.

Status is still Stopped. I can hit the start button at least, but it just sits there for about 20 minutes then says Stopped again.

Hi. Just wanted thank team here at SurvivalServers for have this service. Am an RN and mine chat mate works lab. We together run small eco server of 3 people which has made spending time together much easier since pandemic started. So, thank you for offering this service and giving mine friends and me a place to hang out. 

click on "advanced launch params", then scroll all the way to the bottom. second checkbox from the bottom enables the winter wonderland event. then click the "save launch params and restart game server" button on the bottom. you should be all set.

Sehoo, I'm not sure if this will help but I have this problem now and again too. What I've found is that if I refresh my server page I'll notice my server actually stopped after a reboot. What I'm finding is that this is usually due to a bad mod. so i'll recheck the steam ID number or - in the case of mods that are older - I'll find they haven't been update in ages and cut that mod from my server. Once I do that and restart the server is usually find again. This actually just happened yesterday to me with the Improved Quality of Life mod. Once I removed it from my mod list my server booted and I was able to connect to it just fine.

That is correct, if you want to edit your files, sticking to one method is the way to go as each other tool nullify the changes made by the other.

I have learned that if you make changes in the .ini files manually, they are not saved into the config tool. So if you then go back and use the config tools, everything is wiped because it was never stored in the config tool. There is actually a statement at the top when you manually edit an .ini that tells you the settings will not be saved in the config tool. If you are going to bounce back ad forth from using Advanced User Tools to Basic User Tools that you keep a copy of all your code in .txt file so that you ca just copy and paste it back in after using the tool.

That's exactly why a few of my friends and I started playing on private, aka password protected servers. I recently started my own server. If you want to add me as a friend on PS4, I will share some servers with you. The only issue you might have is on one server I play on, Loki (God of Mischief) will drop new players into to the Volcano in Ragnarok 1 time.
