    Where do we place the mod folders? Community-Online-Tools require folders be placed in the 'Profile' folder. Which folder would that be here?

    Hello, I am building my server and have a few questions I hope someone can answer. 1. On previous servers I placed all of my mods in a profile folder (in most cases the /Root/Config folder). Is that also the case here? I have added @CF and @Community_Online_Tools to my server and ensured they are listed in the Mod ID's section as -mod=@CF;@Community-Online-Tools . I am still not however seeing them as activated. I first placed my mod folders in the root directory (see attachment 1). Following the MOD instructions, I then created a PermissionsFolder, which I placed within the Config folder located in the root directory (See attachment #2). When I startup my server I am not seeing the Community Online Tool options within my keyboard options, which indicates the mods are not working. I made sure my mods were entered correctly into the Mod ID's section utilizing the -mod=@CF;@Community-Online-Tools commands. Can anyone help me figure out what I am doing wrong?
