They have to be clustered with your server for it to work, you can disable cluster requirements for your server in the advanced options menu

World is only generated on first run...You will need to delete your current world to make a new one. Use the button that says Clean Save Folder under one time toggles.

- Login to your server.
- Type /whoami
- Note the ID that appears in chat
 
- Login to the FTP for your server instance
- Navigate to the Configs folder of your server instance
- Download and edit the Users.eco file
- You need to update the Admins section to look similar to the code snip-it below.
- You will be replacing the "12345678901234567" with the ID that appeared in chat when you ran the /whoami command.
"Admins": { "$id": "4", "System.String": { "$type": "System.Collections.Generic.List`1[[System.String, mscorlib]], mscorlib", "$values": [ "12345678901234567" ] } }, - If you need or want to add multiple admins you need to ensure all but the last ID entry has a comma at the end of the line.
"Admins": { "$id": "4", "System.String": { "$type": "System.Collections.Generic.List`1[[System.String, mscorlib]], mscorlib", "$values": [ "12345678901234567", "76543210987654321" ] } }, - Upload the file back to your server instance's configs folder and overwrite the existing file if asked.
- You will need to update this config file every time you update the server.

Bought an ARK server (1 month) supposed to be instant set up but wasn't automatically set up. I waited about 10 mins... still nothing under control panel. Was pretty concerned at this point that maybe I had just been ripped off. Decided to submit a help ticket, even though I figured it'd be at least 24 hours before I even got a response, much less access to the server I had just paid for.
 
Much to my surprise I got a personalized response (Email) literally within 3 minutes and my server up and going within 5 minutes.   Would definitely recommend SurvivalServers.com any day!

Sadly there is no way to ban ips as that would effect all servers. With legit players being punished as well. The only thing that i can think of would be to ban those UIDs from entering your server. Should be possible from rcon.

The same ip should be fine. If it has the same ip and port then let us know in a ticket. Each server has its own port to separate them.

So in short 3 dino levels per .1 increase using the Override Official Difficulty. This was tested on a Ragnarok Server.

The notification seems to be stuck on the server. You should be fine to ignore it and I will let Ryan know of this issue. It should eventually go away.

Which shows constant in-game messages

This often happens when admins change the map seed number or map size itself. Otherwise, this behavior is certainly unexpected.

At this time, we do not have Windows 10 CrossPlay support for our servers. Our servers are for the Steam (PC) and PS4 releases, and unfortunately we do not have Xbox 1 hosting at this time, so CrossPlay is not available.
