Structure limit problems

I know from research that there are known issues with structure limits in Ark

So what is the Max structure limit on Survival servers for Ps4? And is there any cap on structures per Area?

 

Also, im curious if theres a bug that makes changes to structure limit not work. Ive tried a few times to change the "structures in range" option but when i get into the game it still wont let me build past a limit of about 6300ish. My gameusersettings.ini file shows it set at a higher value than that. I cant tell if this is from my base being too concentrated with structures or what. Ill try and play around with it later.

 

Would appreciate any input if theres something else im supposed to do to change structure limits or if anyones had similar issue

It could not be taking. Make sure you either use the configuration tool or advanced gameini

Not botvh. Or make sure the settings are the same in both.

I was actually editing my server a minute ago and in gameusersettings under the advanced controls there is a Maxstructuresinrange=x

You will also want to edit that to a higher number of structures. That could be your problem.
