It wasn't stuck. It takes 5-10 minutes - normal server startup.

For now you can do these steps to download server files on your pre-ordered server (new servers will auto download)
1. Select Yes, run update/validate from the Server Update select on the control panel
2. Click the green Save & Restart button
3. Any manual changes you need to make can be done via FTP on your /deadmatter/Saved/Config/WindowsServer/Game.ini or Engine.ini files.
Variables that can be modified on the Game.ini can be found here with descriptions.
Will also be rolling out admin/super admin support when that is available (currently not working it seems)

Survival Servers fixed the issue.

That's not what a pre-load is. Our pre-load means Genesis is ready to go (but still requires Wildcard to push the update)

I spent my morning writing a script to auto-refresh, the control panel, twitter feeds and other sites so i could be lazy and keep up...

so far im in love with your server options, i am brand new a just signed up for a full year! Congrats on an amazing job with the ui for config controls! 

Question 1: is there a script i can add to reduce the bosses stats, while keeping my own personal dinos/player settings? (my understanding increasing wild dino stats will directly affect the bosses stats which is what i dont want. There is tons of threads with no solutions 😕 ) 

is it possible to create a drop down that will change the bosses difficulty separate from the Overall difficulty settings? If not, is there a script you can help me with so i can paste it into the GameUserSettings.ini file box at the bottom of the ui? (EX like 20% of there original stats) 
We want to make sure we can kill the bosses on hard mode with only 2 people, overall reducing the difficulty in unlocking the tek. 


Question 2: I notice you guys have done a fantastic job on creating the drop down for the engrams, is there any way to change the engrams for the tek teir? to make them level based instead of having to kill the boss's? (our server will have a max lvl of 300 and we want to make it so that once you pass level 100 the incentive is to keep pushing for tek engrams. (so we can unlock all of the tek items all through one map!) which is Valguero

Not as important, more of a question in general.
Question 3: we have the ability to replace dinos that spawn with other dinos in the ui, but i noticed none of the dinos are listed under the Extinction Creature Spawn Configuration. Is this because i chose the map Valguero ? is there any way i can change one of the base dinos with a gacha? if would BE SUPPPPPERRR AMAZING for the valguero map! (side note: to confirm, i am using the valguero map, so all the other options of other dinos (ex: Ragnarok Creature Spawn Configuration) affect this server on valguero correct? or is valguero not supported at this time?)

sorry in advance for all the crazy questions, i know you guys are hard at work and i truly appreciate that, I also know this should probably be a SUPPORT TICKET REQUEST. but i wanted to make it public because if you are able to do anything about these questions im sure it would help many people out currently using your services / Probably make people want to host with you if you can create an easy solution to changing the bosses difficulty separate from the Overall difficulty settings. We've gotten this request before and have considered it, we'd love to implement something like this!

Hey everyone!

After we have all figured out the errors..... *fingers crossed*

I created a desktop shortcut so that I can just *one click* to update my server info on DZSA Launcher.

Easy to do! Create a new shortcut.
The first screen will ask you for the "location" - Copy and paste the following

https://dayzsalauncher.com/#/servercheck/000.000.00.000:0000

Replace the "000.000.00.000:0000" with your own server IP/Port info - Make sure to change the last digit on port to an "8"!
And Click Next.

Now name your shortcut - I just used my server name - (helpful if you have multiple servers!)
 
Thats it!
Now if you want, you can do as I did and switch from your stock internet browser ICON to the DZSA Launcher icon. You can find the location of the icon file by right-clicking the existing DZSAL link on your desktop and selecting "properties" from the pull down menu, select the "Change Icon" button under the "shortcut" tab, the address bar will contain the location of your DZSAL exe, which contains the Icon we want to use. Copy this location, and close that window.

Right click on your new shortcut, select properties and hit that same "Change Icon" button. Now paste the copied location for DZSAL.exe, select the Icon and hit "OK" - Now click "Apply". Finish by clicking "OK" to close the properties window.

We now have a functional and attractive Shortcut right on our desktop to update DZSAL whenever we add or remove a mod from our server.
