UPDATE: Apparently it is just a launch param and the difficulty offset is unrelated. You can use a mod to up dino/player levels until we release the ability to customize your cluster with launch parameters.

Fixed, for those of you who are experiencing this I would advise you to not be a dummy like me and make sure you uncheck the boxes in the bottom right of the transfer arks screen!

READ FIRST! Quick fix check list:
Use the Steam browser to find your game server. To find that, right-click Steam icon in your task bar and click Servers, then filter for ARK: Survival Evolved. Use your QueryPort (Port + 1) when adding to favorites. Check this thread for more details. Wait at least 5 minutes after launching your game server to see it in the server list. If your server won't update to the latest version, Check this thread for more details. If it doesn't load after 15 minutes, your game server might be crashing. Check this thread for more details. Server won't start, I click Start and it does nothing
 
Please submit a support ticket.
Server version shows as ??? in the control panel and/or missing version in ARK server list
 
Your hostname is too long. Your hostname can be 64 characters max - 8 characters where ARK appends the version string to the suffix = 56 characters long.

I am missing files from a new installation, how do I get the game files?
 
Simply run an "ARK Update" from the control panel.

Just checked and we responded yesterday within 2 hours.
 
Also checked uploading a pbo via the control panel (mission file) and had no issues. Put a file test.txt in the dayz_1.chernarus directory and it was there after I uploaded still.

This is a known issue and we are unaware of any fix at the moment.

Check your arma2oaserver.rpt file in Admin folder

Yeah any changes you make manually will not reflect on the ARK Modify Server Config tool, that is normal.

All fixed!

Both of those are launch params and not implemented as config inputs.

This a game issue.. Not the server providers

Per support: We added a new feature to the Advanced Launch Params that is enabled by default. No Transfer From Filtering

I can confirm this works!   I see both servers now.  Thanks Ryan!

If you use a custom launch param you need to add in the seed/worldsize vars as described in the Info Box for the Custom Launch Parameters.

Thanks, Ryan! Once these clusters have all the little kinks ironed out, it'll be awesome. As always, Support is super helpful with tickets and any bugs that come up.

Bugs are definitely frustrating, but it is a part of technology/gaming.  No matter how much testing is done, something always comes up and requires fixing!  So deep breaths and let the folks who are working their butts off and long hours figure out the fixes.  This crew has been great trying to get us the best experience available, it will get there, we just have to be a little bit patient
 
It will get better and smoother.   And the server not responding at all is probably something you should put an actual support ticket in on if you haven't already.

It's a non-issue. Just a message box. Like I said before. Just ignore it.

Might be a bug related to The Center. At this time that's all the information I have.
