  1. Is there a way to modify the number of wild dinos overall? My server seems to be overrun. You can't go far in any direction without running into death with teeth.
  2. I added a cluster to my existing server. Just go to Add-ons and select the Cluster option. Make sure you enable dino/item/survivor download and upload so you can move between your Prime server and the Cluster.
  3. It is. I was told Arkdevs are working on a solution. You'll have to remove the password to travel back and forth in game.
  4. This is my exact problem. They don't have different names for some reason. In Steam's Server View, the IP for my cluster server finally shows, but it always says its unable to connect, and it doesn't show in Ark's Favorites list. Because of this if I travel to SE from TheCenter, and log out there, I can't actually log back into the cluster server directly to resume playing. It'll take me to TheCenter and want me to create a new survivor. At some point my survivors data got lost in limbo and I had to roll the server back to recover her. Submitted a ticket almost 24 hours ago. I know this is affecting a lot of people. Hopefully they can come up with a fix soon.
  5. There's an issue with passworded servers. They're waiting on the Arkdevs to fix it. If your server is password protected, it will hang up every time when you try to travel to the cluster server. I removed the pw from my server to allow travel for now. I have a small 10 slot for just me and some friends, and just to keep unwanted people off I gave it a very discouraging name. Worked so far.
  6. What were you doing to get both to show up (If they did)? Just removing and adding the IP's over and over?
  7. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, or knows a solution. I tried to add the IP for the cluster game server in Server View on Steam. It wouldn't add it as a second server, but rather changed the IP for my primary server in Favorites. No matter what I try, I can't get both to show. And now, ever since I've done that, I only get the SE map, even when I put in the IP for the main server which is running TheCenter. I removed all favorites and re-added their appropriate Game IP's, but it will only actually add one. In fact, for TheCenter, it will show TheCenter as the map, then immediately refresh on it's own to show Scorched Earth. The only way I can access the main map is to disable the cluster. The Scorched Earth cluster also doesn't have a #2 suffix. Just the same name as the original server. Ticket Submitted, was just curious if anyone else had run into this.
  8. Thanks, Ryan! Once these clusters have all the little kinks ironed out, it'll be awesome. As always, Support is super helpful with tickets and any bugs that come up.
  9. I have a similar issue. My invoice says paid, but the drop down hasn't been added to my control panel. Ticket Submitted. It says "Applies Instantly" for adding a cluster, if it does require a manual setup on SS's end, this should be removed or altered from that Add on selection.
  10. Hello! I just purchased an Ark server and after getting all my settings done, I noticed under Server Details it says Unknown, and the Ark Version is ???. I am also unable to start or restart the server. The buttons are inactive. Game Server ID: #19789 Edit: FTP access is also unavailable.
