Any ideas how to persue a refund with these guys? I only got the server a few days ago, first time renting a server. It's obviously not fit for purpose

I saw that conan exiles had a patch so I manually started the update through the control panel but it has been on updating and restarting for well over an hour and a half at the moment.
I wanted to create a ticket for this problem but whenever I try to get to the ticketing system I get a 502 bad gateway error.

I've put in for a full refund. Sorry Ryan, but this is just not acceptable as a client. I haven't heard anything at all from anyone at Survival Servers in regards to this issue and my ticket remains unanswered (as far as I'm aware as of this posting). I can't trust this to not happen again to my community and public players. 

I am also thinking about requesting a refund due to the following reasons -
Customer Support Too Slow - When some of your competitors have ~5min response times at almost every time of the day it becomes very frustrating when you rent from a company that takes up to 6 hours to respond. Separate Accounts For Everything - I have to have a separate account for customer support, control panel, and the forums. I have to do recaptchas and e-mail verification on all of them instead of it being one condensed account. Server Lag - Not sure if this is related to Conan Exiles or the server host, but I run into quite a bit of rubberbanding in-game. I would love to rent from NFOservers... but the smallest amount of slots they have is 24 and that's expensive...

Everything is slow, main web page, this site, trying to restart server, which still hasn't worked. DDOS attack? Over 2 hours into trying to get server up and... well I'm here and not playing.

Active task is running Your game server is currently working on task "update" which started 01/31/2017 01:12:56 PST. Control panel functionality will be limited until this task is completed.

Same problem. Updated/Validated 6 times now, still not working.

How do I fix this so that I can join my server?

There are server options in that guide that are not available via the server admin console here.  Why is that?  Also the majority of the settings in the console are missing their descriptions and their acceptable options (i.e. server community requires the correct option for RP PVP BLITZ ETC).  How are we supposed to know what these are if they are not listed in the console?

Missing the crafting speed multiplier also, it seems. Can that be added in?

There is probably a console command in the game but the devs haven;t given it to us. 
You can look in the /ConanSandbox/Saved/ folder and rename game_backup_XXX.db to game.db and it will restore to that time for you when you reboot the server. Other than that the only way I know to "force" a save is go manually stop the server in the CP. This sends the server shutdown command which does a back up before a shutdown.
