Hello everybody,
I want to introduce you to the Ark-y-Tek servers. These servers have a x10 multiplier and a peculiarity: they mix PvE servers with a PvP server. This mode is intended for most people, who do not have enough time to survive the extreme aggressiveness of some players, since you can grow in PvE and then move to PvP to fight. To avoid going to PvP just to fight, the movement of objects has been restricted and tell us from PvP to PvE, that is, what is brought to PvP, you have to protect it or lose it.
With this growth possibility for all players, balanced battles are guaranteed and armed to the teeth, and not tek rexes armed with atomic warps against stone houses of newcomers, which unfortunately, are usually the most common raids in pure PvP. In addition, one can save reserves in PvE, so when being raided, it would not be necessary to start from scratch, it would even be possible to retaliate. This system, which leaves no one behind, guarantees that the server is NO WIPE

Since I posted this last night I would like to say that Tech Support as of this morning, Tech support has fixed my issue. I really appreciate the work that they do, but they really do need to work on their communication with the customer. 
If the tech working on my case had told me that they have to go home for the night because they are closing, or that maybe it was an issue for someone else to help with because of what ever reason, I would have been ok with that because I understand that stuff happens. Communication with your customers is key. Just let us know what is going on.

i figured it out after reading your post got me thinking it was LastPass auto filling. i tried multiple browsers and the only constant was LastPass and every one was auto filling so i turned it off and no more auto fill. i have no idea why LastPass would save those fields. 

You are correct but Notepad++ is not required and i find it better to use when editing server files.

Just contacted staff about this. The reason why local file saves rollback weird is because an old server file is conflicting with your current local file save seed. Open a ticket after you upload a local file save map! Thanks again Ryan Capper he helped me delete the old server file that was conflicting.

SCUM has config editing options in the server control panel. There is no FTP for SCUM due to the developers not wanting us to allow access to the server files for users.

Hi Juno.  You need to do the following.
Stop your server FTP into your server, the FTP information is in your control panel.  In the main directory is a file that ends with .FWL, download it or open for edit You can copy the hex code and paste into a site like https://hexed.it/ which will show the seed as part of the string, or You can drop the FWL file into the seed extractor here -> http://valheim-map.world/getseed.html Close FTP and start your server back up

Nevermind, I finally found the setting that I needed to change to fix this.

Figured it out....I had the wrong Steam ID.......................

If you are experiencing issues with finding your ARK PS4 server, make sure that the Session Filter drop-down value is set to "Unofficial PC Sessions". If you have a password on your server, make sure the Show Password Protected box is checked. You can find both of these at the bottom left portion of the server browser menu.
 

 

If you are running a Primitive Plus server, make sure that you choose the game mode at the bottom right of the main ARK menu. You will be prompted to confirm a change in game mode.
 


Do so and the game will reload. You will be able to find your server via the same method as before. If you are still experiencing issues finding your non-Primitive Plus server, make sure your game mode is set to ARK: Survival Evolved and then reload the game upon the prompt.
 

Thank you for clarifying!  That's perfect. After reading some posts I thought it just automatically overwrote everyone's config file once updated. I was missing this part.

How are you connecting to the server?  If you connect through Valheim make sure the port is -1 of what it shows on the control panel.  For instance if port is 2957 use 2956 to connect.  If you are connecting through steam using the view/servers then use the port that is shown on the control panel.

It ended up being a steam issue with a particular mod I guess. "Krakens Better Dinos" is what I was using, and according to the creator steam isn't sending proper update notifications or something like that, so the mod won't auto update sometimes.

Please submit support tickets for these issues and we can sort them out for the both of you! Should be an easy fix.
