Technical support is a serious problem

I understand that Tech support is busy. I am writing this I guess as more of a way to blow off some steam because there are no other methods of communication. I am paying for a server that I cannot use atm because it cannot be accessed. Tech Support is helping but I havent had communication with anyone in a while and I have people that I have to answer to and I have nothing to tell them. 

Server is still down, and no one is responding to my messages to let me know what is going on. I realize it is Sunday. Does this mean that everyone has gone home an d I wont hear anything until tomorrow? 

Just to be clear, I understand that they are busy, I understand that nothing is perfect, I understand that there are other customers that need help as well. I am fine with all of that, but at least just communicate with me and let me know what is happening. That is all I ask.

Since I posted this last night I would like to say that Tech Support as of this morning, Tech support has fixed my issue. I really appreciate the work that they do, but they really do need to work on their communication with the customer. 

If the tech working on my case had told me that they have to go home for the night because they are closing, or that maybe it was an issue for someone else to help with because of what ever reason, I would have been ok with that because I understand that stuff happens. Communication with your customers is key. Just let us know what is going on.
