    Sometimes this can just take a little while for the server list to populate the server, if it were just created, as well. (Or restarted.)

    This is a pretty common mistake that we see, as it's hidden below the server list I believe.

    Yes, Sony is a stickler for what you can and cannot access. They are also a huge stickler on downloading outside content that's not on the Playstation Store. This is why you can't really get any mods on PS4 that are not official.

    You can switch maps at any time from your control panel for no additional cost. You would only be charged for things like add-ons of slots to the server or if you wish to purchase an additional cluster server.

    One way that you can push past this is the click on the "Clean SteamCMD" check box and then run the update. This has resolved most issues.

    Yes, what Steven said. Ark is funny when it comes to symbols on server names in the in game server list.

    You can obtain our save files via an FTP client. To edit/upload/save/delete files via FTP, use the following method: Stop your server from the panel Log in to FTP using WinSCP (a free FTP software) using the connection details found in the "FTP Details" section of the game server control panel Navigate to the directory you wish to upload or edit a file After uploading your files in the proper directories, start your server from the panel You may found a download link for WinSCP here: http://winscp.net/eng/download.php The file would be located in the SAVEDARKS folder.
