90% of the time it is not a problem on survival servers end. It is a DNL and steam problem. Increased bandwidth on their part would help a lot.

It has been saving at the 2 minute mark for me. I just wish the MOTD and server messages were larger. If we cannot change the font size can we at least get the server messages like this to show in chat?

Ok this is not a problem. The settings always go back. Check your version number listed on that page with the newest version in the game server list. It has been doing this for me as well. I look at it as if it gives me the banner saying I have an outdated version then I am actually running the current version. That banner will stay there for about 3-6 hours. I do not know why. It is a survival server thing not a dark and light thing. Everything is good.

This setting in the house commands is broken right now. The devs know and are working to fix it. Unfortunately it is not a high priority.

This is not necissarily an update issue. Try these two fixes. Log into an unofficial server and create a character. One you have never been in. Log into the game and then log out. Then try your server you are getting the error for. If it still persists follow these instructions. 1. Uninstall the game. 2. GO to the steam games folder and delete the link for Dark and light. 3. Redownload the game. 4. Restart your computer before you start dark and light for the first time after reinstall. 5. Play the game. (This fixes this error 98% of the time. as you uninstall and reinstall the old link activates not allowing you to get the .dll file that is corrupt.)

Increase taming speed by 5X and increase the resource respawn by a little less than half what it is now. PLayer food and water drain is halved. Dino food drain is halved. Then you will need to get the Game.ini file and add these values in below [/script/dnl.shootergamemode] CraftXPMultiplier=1.62 GenericXPMultiplier=2.04313 And that is it. Upload the new files and choose overwrite. I would then restart your server.

You could have used the claim command to claim the structure for him. You can force yourself into his clan and then use the claim command and then leave and force yourself back into your old clan.

You are indeed correct. The game starts at level 0 and the ini sees that level 0 as level 1. So if you want top level to be 300 you need to put it in the ini as 299.

Enable your cheats, type in the admin panel "Showmyadminmanager" and hit enter. Then highlight his name and click on ban.

I have used many commands, including but not limited to: DoTame, ForceTame, SUmmonplayer, GiveItemNUm, ect. If they do not work when you try them add "Cheat" in front of them.

New Server Warhaven [pvp/rp] This is a PVP server with some boosts. Including xp boost, taming speed boost, and harvest boost. This PVP server is also an RP server and requires RP before PVP. It is simple. We want to build a strong community in which the players are friends and PVP not just to be jerks or tick other people off. So here are our rules. 1: No offline raiding. Players must be on when you raid. 2: RP before a raid. Example: Thordon a dwarf lands on the property of an Elf; Lixnir, who has moved into dwarf territory. He gives Lixnir 24 hours to leave the said property or be wiped off the face of the planet.
