  1. Did you guys get this sorted out? I'm having this issue now.
  2. I was told a machine died and they had to replace parts. Mine still says unknown but I do know they are looking into it.
  3. Our server is up and been running not too badly. It randomly will stop but we have a couple sub users who start it back up when it goes down.
  4. I posted about this last night and instead of replying they removed my post thread. The communication on this has been terrible.
  5. I made a post about this last night and they apparently removed it. A few people had the same thing where they changed their IPs and it caused some rollback.
  6. Just went to pre-order and couldn't select New York. Will some be available soon? - never mind, ended up getting one
  7. Are there no New York servers available? Was trying to preorder a server and I couldn't select it from the drop down.
  8. Figured out what this was...no matter what setting I have in the control panel here for Disable Structure Decay it writes the setting as: DisableStructureDecayPVE=true If I uncheck it it's true, if I check it it's true. So I have to manually change the ini file then restart the server.
  9. Buildings on my server are not showing decay timers and I'm wondering if anyone knows how to correct that. Disable Structure Decay is set to false Structure Decay Destruction Period is set to 1 Auto Destroy Structures is set to false It sounds like OnlyDecayUnsnappedCoreStructures needs to be set to false but I can't find that anywhere in the control panel.
  10. I was having that issue on our server and found that same suggestion and it seems to have helped.
  11. The settings are in \Saved\Config\WindowsServer\GameUserSettings.ini and the FTP info for your server is in your control panel. Try adding PvPStructureDecay=true to the server settings section.
  12. Make sure you have Disable Structure Decay unchecked. Leave Structure Decay Destruction Period to 1 for the default times.
  13. For structure decay you can use PvPStructureDecay=true but I couldn't find anything for PVP dinos.
  14. Any chance DisableDinoDecayPvE could be added to the config tool?
