I just noticed that the IP and Port information changed and I managed to connect with the new IP. However I did get a rollback. Can I get an explanation on this and if it will be happening again? I need to know now to let everyone on the server know.

In the Control Panel the server says it is started and I can see the server on the "recents" on the server list but when I go to connect it says the connection timed out. Whats going on? I have people waiting to join.

Sup man thanks for the response. I put 20 and clicked the green button but it didn't change after the restart Maybe ill just leave it and hope it updates later down the line.

I have read around and it seems like its possible to change max base level limit so it goes up to 20. How can I do that here? I don't see it in the control panel settings for the server. Current base limit is at 15 right now.

Hey, I believe you just have to go into your server control panel and look for the red text that says "Reinstall Server" that should wipe everything.

Seems like they fixed the settings issue so you dont have to go through FTP, Just make the changes on the portal and update/validate. Make sure to click the green button on the bottom rather than hiting the start, stop, restart buttons on the top left.

The Start, Stop, Restart Buttons are greyed out again. What do I do? The server was working fine till a few hours ago.

Hey there! I just placed an order about 10 minutes ago for a server. Will that server be up and running for the release or is there some sort of wait time? Was kind of hoping to be able to join up with friends right off the bat.
