I ordered and hosted a server for several months now that includes 30 people as its maximum capacity. I'm willing to pay more for extra slots. Am I able to buy this slots and include on the server?

I'm currently hosting this server for 6 months now. And recently I checked it's status and it's always offline for a few days, and right nor the server doesn't seem to exist. I'm pretty much confused on this multiplier stat, as I don't fully understand it. For example I have my Wild Dino Torpidity multiplier stat by 3. Does this means that they will be having lower torpidity? or it will be higher? and if Player Stamina Drain Multiplier is at .5, this means that they will drain stamina slower? Just wanted to balance stuff especially dinosaur matters because of the patch, and I would just want to make sure of it. Thank you in advance!

I tamed some dinosaurs on my server and leveled them up. I fed it with food, leaving more meat on troughs and in their inventory. But when I logged in earlier, their health are still the same after I added them with stats. Is there something wrong with my settings? because their health is regenerating when I'm online.

The people on our server keep losing dinosaurs for no reason, no death message, no logs on tribe logs or whatsoever. Because of discouragement, they are leaving the server. Any ideas why is this happening?

I was playing on my server earlier, and I kept disconnecting. I went to arkservers.net to check the status of the server, it was online, then it goes offline for a couple of seconds then it goes back online again, players are kept disconnecting because of this. I thought of leaving the server down for a while until I know what's happening. Any recommendation? :/ I already restarted the server but it keeps on happening.
