For this tweet : Survival Servers @SurvivalServers Added server restart notifications at 15, 10, 5 and 2 minutes. At the 2 minute notification, ARK will saveworld. Where launch this, how it's work ??? Thanks

For me the kick works, just type "cheat kick ID_steam64" but impossible to ban... I read on the forums a lot of admin have this problem.

You can try to add this option on the Custom Launch Parameters under your control panel. At the beginnin my server stuck on STOPPED, I just change the location (becarefull is reset all your data on server) I select Germany and now he work perfectly ! Try this maybe
