No Thanks , the point of my frustration is the fact that it should be working about 95% or more of the time. I can understand a few bumps in the road but hours upon hours of the server being down with no way on my end to fix it is completely unacceptable when I'm paying for this.

Thanks, Already tried that, it instantly brings me back to the control panel and is still in unknown status. I guess I'll just have to wait for a reply from support. Who knows how long that will take.

Oh look, another update ! But wait my server is failing to apply the update or its in an unknown status. How many times does this have to happen before you fix these issues? Going on about 4 hours now with no luck....

The item list for "giveitemnum " isnt working properly and the thread is locked so i had to post here to let you know.... what happened to the old drop box list it had with it? why did you guys change it, it worked fine....

I've tried to remove the password on the server, and the console shows there isn't a password....However when trying to join the game you still have to put the old password in to join the server.

I've submitted a ticket for my server being offline and in and Unknown status Ticket #154432 Server #6893 It will not restart or update. I've attempted several times with no success. Please fix this.

I tired to update my server several times to 178.0 and it wasn't successful...(stuck on 177.2) and now it has completely stopped and will not restart. Is this an issue with LA based servers? Ticket #553007 Server #6893
