Rob Crandall 0 Report post Posted June 16 (edited) Game server 139719 in unknown status. This is third time within a couple of days. Have to open ticket every time to fix. Is there any reason this continues to occur? Ticket 551331 EDIT: Ticket can be closed, server eventually simply returned to "Stopped" status at which time I was able to restart server. Witt 0 Report post Posted October 9 GAME SERVER ID #151588 Ticket: 976494 Conan server shows Status Unknown with a pink banner saying: "Active task is running Your game server is currently working on task "start" which started 10/09/2021 13:57:27 PST. Control panel functionality will be limited until this task is completed." It's been about 45 minutes (currently 14:42). Help would be appreciated. (You should make some kind of "restart the server" button available on the server page, even if it's locked up... at least we could do a hard reset).
