selor 1 Report post Posted June 6, 2015 hi We have tried to recreate our team on our server from the characters we had on our first server. we go to the ARK in center of the map and upload our characters and dinos After we go to our survival servers and download them creating a new character . All seems working until we had a crash server or an auto reboot and after we loosed all our characters .. Maybe problem with ARK datas ?? Ryan Pennington 359 Report post Posted June 6, 2015 It's possible, I've yet to actually try an import/export like this. Do you still have access to the FTP of the older server? You can zip up the data from the ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArks to your Survival Servers server's FTP while the server is stopped, then start it and you have your previous data.
