Both programs are free and open source You can find blender here: https://www.blender.org/ and UE4 here: https://www.unrealengine.com/ue4-on-github Lots of tutos and wiki on their respective website, just be carefull when editing those kinds of files to make a backup before modifying them ^^ For the ftp saves, why don't you try to click and drag from right part(distant folders and files) to left part of filezilla (local system) ?

Hi, not sure but if you: stop the server connect to your ftp and go to "ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArks" folder delete the big files called "TheIsland.ark" and the backup "TheIsland_NewLaunchBackup.bak" Launch the server and it should generate a new map and keep profile and tributes. However i've never test on that game's server yet why not sure ^^

Well just before locking it, could you tell others what has been made for resolving the problem? Could help some of us later xD

Hi guys, support is subject to 6/8 hours of waiting minimum on weekend as said in pinned topic concerning ticket response time.. Moreover update of the game seems to bug a lot due to bad pushing from ark server's.

Whitelist is a feature on servers that prevent people non whitelisted to connect to the server. So if it works well people won't be able to connect at all to take free slots ^^

I would like to know that commands parameters too :/ Do you know what the 0 0 at the end are for?

Hi, Yes, because in those folders your have all the arkprofile of players and arktribe and moreover there are 2 files much bigger that are the backup and the actual map of your server

Hi, sorry for my english, I'm french. We have a little problem concerning our server and his restart. We updated it and are waiting his fully restart since more than an hour :'( We decided to restart it again just right now but i wanted to know if anyone here have heard about or had this problem? Thanks. EDIT: we see our server on steam's server list but it display 0/0 player and no map till a long time. During this period server seems to be password unprotected whereas it was preotected yesterday before reboot and updates. We tried to remove on the FTP the file "ShooterGame/Saved/Config/WindowsServer/GameUserSettings.ini" then restarted. Ready to join but no update done. So we update again. EDIT 2, update seems to work, try to join.
