SS blew it. SS servers have proven to be much less than IDEAL HARDWARE. Hell, my personal PC runs this better than SS's 'servers'. Other server hosts are not having the same problem as SS. Ping Perfect was dropped because they could not keep up with demand, and it's obvious that SS cant either.
 
The biggest issue here? SS's lack of communication AND their lack of responsibility for the problems. They send a tweet every once in a while saying they are fixing a CPU leak and claim its being caused by Conan servers, yet tweet replies show that ARK servers are also down.
 
As for me, I'm finding a new host as we speak. SS can keep the money I wasted on trying their services, maybe they can use it to get some real customer support.

Do you know what a cpu leak is? Because its made up.

My server shows 'Unknown' under 'server details'. I have restarted this machine so many times. After what seems like ages, the machine comes back up. When I go to look for my ARK server, I cannot find it. I would like to know:
 
Will this be an ongoing issue with your company? -- Not maintaining your servers properly is down right bad business practice. Sure emergencies happen, but this seems to be more than what a patch did to the servers, which mind you ARK was not one of those affected by such patch.   Can we expect your website to be responsive when visiting it to access our Cpanel?  -- Bringing up servers is a very important task and the priority should, of course, be high, but when you have a slow website that takes three (3) minutes and seven (7) seconds to load just the home page, you know you have a huge problem. What really baffles me is how a hosting company cannot maintain a website that is responsive and accessible at all time.   Do you have plans to help address the lack of communication to your customers? -- This is a huge problem. You guys run a hosting company, when a server is down, your customers need to know what is going on and when to expect a fix. Not showing signs of life for hours at a time is unprofessional and amateur at best.  On your website, you have 'Lag-free, high-performance game server hosting Deploy a game server instantly and experience the Survival Servers difference!', what plans does your company have to help address this misleading and false advertising snippet on its website? -- It is very unethical and borderline illegal to misrepresent a product or servers that are based on misinformation and lies. As I and others have experienced, your servers are not 'Lag-Free' and you do not offer 'instant' anything. After I paid to rent a server from you, I had to wait 45  minutes or longer before I could start to use the services being paid for.   
So, when will we be able to have a working server again?

My server has been down since purchased on Saturday and it is an ARK server.  I don't have a message on my CP saying they are working to restore functionality.  I doubt hardware is to blame as it has already been established that multiple data centers are experience the issue.

unknown status again.. 2 days in a row.. what is causing this

Come on you need to fix this now, im losing all people i got to my server with much advertisement and now they are going to different servers because of this

Ticket has yet to be replied to and server has been down for 13+ hours. Please respond or provide some sort of ETA. We had 5 people say they are no longer going to play on our server due to these issues. My group has started to throw around the idea of switching hosts. I am definitely willing to stick this out but I can't say the same for the other people helping pay for this service. Please save our server from dying!

Bought this server couple of days ago and didn't have an issue until last night. Currently have been unable to access my server for 24 hours... I opened a ticket and have not gotten a reply. I have paid for this server for 3 months at a time.... I am already considering changing server providers if this is not resolved soon.
 
I also don't see how a NY hosted server has a constant 40-65 ping with no one on the server and I live in NYC.... There are servers hosted on the west coast and overseas that have better ping....
 
Fix these issues or I will be forced to take my money elsewhere. How am I supposed to cultivate a community with no server? My server rank and up time are decreasing making it more difficult to attract new players to my server...
