Server was up for a bit last night. Checked this morning and back to an unknown state. Ticket hasn't been touched since Sunday. REFUND!!!! GAME SERVER ID #35035 Ticket 282702

GAME SERVER ID #35035 Ticket 282702 Server is still down. That is now 3 days out of 4 that I have owned the server. I have requested a refund through Paypal. I am holding off writing reviews until I see if a refund is processed as that will impact my scoring.

My server has been down since purchased on Saturday and it is an ARK server. I don't have a message on my CP saying they are working to restore functionality. I doubt hardware is to blame as it has already been established that multiple data centers are experience the issue.
