  1. I was up, now I'm stuck in Loading again. We go through this every night. I don't know what problem everyone else has but ours seems to be on a schedule. 3 AM we'll go into Unknown and we'll stay there for 12 or more hours. I just need my refund so I can move on.
  2. Yeah my server is down and stuck in Unknown. We wiped it this afternoon, got the patch and proceeded to blow it up all over again. Server #31394 On a good note, Survival Servers website seems to be moving very quickly now =D
  3. Ryan, There is a post on the Conan discussions about a server database checker tool they have that will help you (the hosting company) determine what files are being corrupted on the database. I tried to install it but those types of files are banned from the server so I can't upload it via FTP to try and run the tool. Our text file today is 40 gigs and we're only able to run the server for 2 days before our database completely fails and we have to wipe in order to get the game to even turn on. According to the devs, somehow this tool is going to help you fix our server issues but honestly, I can't see how that is going to happen if their game code is causing the corruption in the first place. I don't want to have to wipe my server again. I just wiped less than 24 hours ago. Is there anyway you guys could just verify that the database has died again with this tool? If I have to wipe, I will but if there's a way around it, please let us know. Thanks Server #31349

  5. I'd like to find out about this also. Ours is an RP server yet I have to change it once we're in game because there's no value set up on the config editor.
  6. They just dropped a patch to fix the admin scroll and crashing at the stygian city to the west. My save file was running at 53,248 bites in size. It just jumped up to over 350,000 and climbing. This is what happened the last time our save became corrupt and our server was stuck in loading and once again that's where we're at now. Our server is stuck on loading so we're going to wipe and restart.
  7. It's done something to the saves. After the last save we crashed and we've been stuck on loading. The average file size for the /ConanSandbox/Saved/Logs file is no more than 75,000. Today's file size is 6,093,842. That has to be significant right?
  8. Have them completely log out of steam and restart the client. This fixed it for all the people on my server and it did so consistently.
  9. We ran beautiful for about 36 hours maybe less then we crashed hard. Now we're stuck in loading again. Tried verifying install several times and reset the config but still stuck in loading. Also, when I first went to the panel, I couldn't connect. I got this message: Could not reach the database server on 'sspanel' database: No such file or directory Anyone else get that? Server #31394
  10. That's pretty much what I was talking about and I figured you'd say that but it was worth asking lol
  11. Thank you Ryan. Do you guys allow remote server access other than FTP? The control panel doesn't give us the ability to access anything, all we can do is keep hitting the update and verify button and cross our fingers. If there's another access that would let us actually reinstall the software and update it ourselves, or see what errors are happening so we know what needs to be fixed, that would be the only way we could fix the issue on our own and I am more than happy to do exactly that if it's available.
  12. Is there any way we can get an update please? I haven't had a reply on my server ticket for hours nor has anyone posted any information here. I understand you guys are slammed but just an update shouldn't take long so we have something to tell our members. =/ please?
  13. No, thank you for the information but I don't think you're understanding what I'm saying. Our server is not running AT ALL. I have attempted to update it using the steps given, it goes to loading like everyone elses does but when I manually refresh, our server is saying "Stopped" in red instead of ready in green. I understand that during the update process our server is taken offline. I'm trying to ask for help here because our server never comes back on line after the update. At all. Sorry if I wasn't clear before.
  14. Just adding a comment to this ticket thing. You have a warning in there that says if we bump our ticket, we basically go to the back of the line. It looks like I just bumped my ticket by duplicating the same message 45 minutes later =/ Please tell me that didn't just move me to the end of the line on an answer?
  15. Our server is no longer running. We try to update and it immediately goes to shutdown. Server #31394 We have an active ticket already in because you guys were working on issues with our server but there's been no response to the recent update4 on it.
