I'm at the point of refund as well. I may be online now (for now anyway) but being down for over 24 hours literally killed the community I worked to get. Went from 20-30+ people to literally dead. Same with another server owner I know. We were the top two community servers on topconanservers and now nothing.

Idk man, I'm glad they got everything working but my server died with this downtime. Like from 20-40 players to literally nobody....

Imagine how I feel. I spent a pretty large sum of money weeks ago to pre-order my server. And now, it seems either they have just crammed too many on one machine, or the CPU problem is true. Either way I can't even get a refund.

Also keep in mind I rented my server weeks ago when the demand wasn't there. I didn't just jump on the bandwagon once the game came out. I doubt they would refund me if I tried.

Server just came up as ready, went ahead and stopped it as last night It did that and we were back down within the hour. Just wanted to know if anyone else is back online yet. Maybe they have made some progress? I am thinking of hosting it from my pc until they fix it 100%. Even if I requested a refund i dont think it would get looked at for some time. (also, Ive een people have their refunds closed) Either way I don't know what to do. I had a really dedicated player base that is losing faith. And no, I cant just switch hosts without getting my money back. I'm not going to risk wasting more money if I dont get what I payed for here.

Never mind. Back to the "unknown" status.... Idk If i can wait much longer SS

same here. going to bed and if I cant get some sort of explanation or something in the morning I'm going to be forced to refund. Its impacting my community and im simply losing players.

Mine is back up but I have already had a crash and multiple dedicated players leave.... Thinking about switching but I want an answer

I have seen a couple other hosts with some issues with the newest patch, but nothing like this. I wish we had info on what was going on and why. The sad part is I had 20+ people join that had been waiting all day, and then bam, I have to explain yet another crash. pretty sure most of them have given up now. Rip my player base

So I gave it time and didn't jump on the "I want a refund" train but its getting really hard. Within an hour of it being back it's already stated doing its random crashes. I understand they are still working on getting servers up but I am almost out of options. I want to give SS a chance but my whole server is wanting me to switch... Keep in mind I've submitted multiple tickets about the server just stopping and I seem to always get "make sure to validate" which I've done.... multiple times.

I'm trying really hard to be patient. It just sucks because Im losing players due to this. I really wish they would at least give updates/ETAs

Keeps happening to me even after validate (what support told me to do via ticket) I guess we just wait for more updates from devs

Never mind it seems to be an issue with the game. Some sliders are not working and the damage is just poor game balance at the moment.

So vanilla structure damage in this game is pretty weak so we decided to try to make it a little harder to raid. However, when I turn up structure health it doesn't seem to help much. Anyone know best settings for making structures pretty dang tough? Thanks
