Status is showing unknown under control panel.

This is the 3rd time you have fixed this server in 4 days that I have had it and each time its up for a few hours before it goes back to unknown. Im not a rocket scientist but, but it appears this Unknown isn't merely a bug or hardware problem, but should be your slogan for customer service and resolution capability. Server Uknown, yes that should be that name of this company. I have been patient, given you multiple chances, now I have requested a refund. If Unkown shows up anywhere on my refund transaction I swear to all that is holy in this world.

As many of you have done the same, I got my server a few days ago, played great for a few hours then it sat in "Unknown" status for over half a day. A day later when someone actually tried working on it, spent the good part of the day fixing it. Played the game again, convinced some of the people playing to give it another shot, and what do you know, I woke up this morning after it was fixed to "Unknown" AGAIN. If this isn't fixed today, ill be requesting a refund this is madness.

Im running into the same issue, just purchased this server and its been down mor than its been up. Submitted a ticket this morning and still no response, thought customer service was suppose to be good with these guys.
