Sorry for the delays on this folks, we're green across the board!

Most of these should be resolved, working on bringing others online now

7Days ships with default settings in the serverconfig.xml, we just add in details from your control panel. Your best bet is picking up an FTP program if you haven't already and connect to your server, just make sure the server is stopped first. Once you connect, you should be able to snag your serverconfig.xml and edit it locally! Most folks swap out the Random Generation seed for custom worlds, what kind of stuff drops on death/logging out and various zombie settings. The file itself is pretty well documented and should help explain what all the settings can offer. If you are new to FTP, you should check out this thread here for some tips & tricks!

These are SQLite files. You should be able to open them and modify them if you wish with a program that supports them. Most programming languages can also open them natively or with a DB adapter

We are investigating this folks, I have a nice list of all the servers that are having these problems which are spread across the world and none of them are showing any type of hardware issues/low space. Trust me, I want this fixed as much as you guys do From what I've been able to collect from everyone's tickets (which have been quite a lot starting yesterday following a Rust patch) it may be a new bug introduced with it. Before I suggest everyone removes their DB files I'm going to test some things with the newest hotfix which was pushed out about 3 hours ago: https://steamdb.info/app/252490/depots/?branch=public
