  1. Could some explain what should I change in the serverconfig.xml to start a new game. Is it even in the serverconfig.xml that I should be making the change?
  2. To Find your server, currently this is the way I've been doing it. Within Steam Go to: View> Servers> Favorites and click on add new server. You can find your servers IP within SS Control Panel, it'll be the 17 digits right under the Map info.

    HOPE!!

    I'll gladly suck up the fact that you guys (Survival Servers) are having issues and ARE working hard to get everything fixed. Now here is my issue though. Since I have bought (rented) the server on Monday, I have not once been able to get on and enjoy the game on the server that I paid for; A service for which I paid and have yet to receive. I know that the SS team is working to reply to all the open tickets you've received due to your issues, and will eventually reply to my open ticket. Now, since I bought the service on Monday (02/06) and have noticed that "IF" I stick around and don't request a refund, I'll be billed exactly one month from Monday (03/06). How about a credit instead. Once you get the servers running as they should and I am not stuck on the eternal "Started" but "loading" screen; Officially start my server time to that date. It wouldn't be fair to me or anyone else that has bought/renting these servers and from the looks of it the issue were already in place. So, I'll hold out hope that you'll do the right thing and make the official start date once the servers are correctly up and running; or I'll do as everyone else seems to be doing and request a refund and take my business else where.
  4. Vegas3t, I have clicked on the link... it opens a white/blank window. Nothing is loading, nothing happens. and I have let it sit for over 3 hrs at one point, assuming something needed to load. I've also tried it on Windows Expoloer assuming it might have been my web browser.. I get Error 500
  5. at least you guys are getting a server to show up. I started rental yesterday and I have yet to even see anything show up for me, besides this..
  6. Will reimbursements be offered? Without warning that the servers were down or there was already a known issue with your servers, I bought the rental last night. As of today, I am still waiting to hear back from the ticket I submitted or anything really. I had to jump on the forums to find out that you already had an on-going issue with your servers and you still are letting people buy into this. If a reimbursement is to much to ask for than will my "official Activation" then start on the day that the servers are working? Would only make sense, as minute as $0.57/slot a day sounds, it's still money that I am losing for a service I am not getting!
