lol thats so weird my stone was 6x and wood and thatch were the only ones at 1x.... i remember eyeing a few and thinking about it but i dont recall touching any of them. def not ALL of them lol. it was very weird. im guess it had something to do with their dino harvest rate or something. our issue did sound basically identical though.

i dont know how it happened but i just defaulted out the server settings and it fixed it so im good.

guess its a new feature? could of moved my thread. timed restarts instead of say 24h later restarts. ex restart server 11am every day. with auto update on this would allow us to catch updates as they roll out without having to wake up and hit refresh on the steam page first thing in the morning....

Ok, I would like to do timed restarts. But all i see on the panel is by hours. now lets pretend i DONT want to be online AT the exact time i want the restart to happen for me to enable 24h restarts, which is what i understand is my only option at this time? is there a method for example for me to do say restart the server at 11am every day? i could put in MOTD about the restart so i dont care about any thing fancy about ooo server just shut down on ur face like it does.... but it would be nice as a way to update when almost no one is around when these morning updates come out and some ppl like to pop on early i guess. its been something thats been bothering me and would be great to have a way to do this. so is there and im just missing it? thanks for the help.

if its ur game and u can use admin commands there is a giveallitems command. just go to the official wiki and search admin commands and look at all the toys . could of been a bug or what not but those commands will put u back in the tribe or give the dinos back what ever u want to do. there is a command for ITEMS and there is another one for ALL the items so just be mindful of which one ur using if on a server with others.

weird... i dont think i touched anything and my server ppl found something just like this today, yet i saw nothing about it on steam. is this a bug with our servers? now i was tired the other night so im not ruling it out totally but im pretty sure i did not adjust the settings. and its weird cause its like u said. it seems to be roughly 6x. does anyone know the default harvest settings in the ui? to confirm this?

WOOT! well i hope in the end u guy learned something from this. at least to minimize or prevent this in the future. i prefer not to be a lab test animal when possible. on the positive side my server is back up and it appears i lost nothing even after my tinkering of backups. which i assume the IT guys fixed. took a bit longer than it should of but thanks. and yes that is a back handed compliment and since i hope i dont have to come back here for a while merry xmas everyone! or what ever everyone celebrates.

im not accusing anyone of not working... omg dear god i would never think that. if i thought that i would be flying out there to have a chat with some ppl . but just the confusion of not knowing exactly whats going on why is what is upsetting. of course not being able to play the new content does not help either

im confused. person aboved said fixed so i tried to update again and now server wont respond and refresh and it says stopped? i hope IT is working on it or a whole new issue is now fucked up with my server..... if thats the case im now going from peeved to getting pissed off.... if its getting fixed in the background an email update would of been nice but disregard, but otherwise this is not acceptable approaching 24h after patch drop. obviously my confusion to what is going on and who is doing what is not helping here

well i took a long peaceful sleep.... i would like to assume it was fixed while i slept but from a quick read it looks like not.... times like this i wish i knew a bit more about stuff like this so i could blame someone with conviction because this is kind of bull shit but i dont know whos fault this is

ya im done. its still doing it after using the 2nd back up save as well. i clearly dont know what im doing and probably just ruined my server save . and ya ive been moved a few times for support reasons i think, but till now i have clicked update now and poof it updates. no issues. i think i have seen it lock on loading before but after a while i just hit refresh and it showed the new version number anyway. now it does not. so this is a total first time for me.

what are the steps? i did the most recent roll back and still loading stuck so now trying 2nd most recent save. after that finishes i assume i try to update now? then wait a while to see if loading goes away? tech i was only doing big foot tames so tech i can just use admin commands when i find another one ....... so thats not a huge huge lose. kind of dirty though

so just roll back to the most recent save on roll back option? i think i have this stupid loading corruption thing now have a ticket open also 755520server # 10400but if its that easy and crappy a fix i guess i can probably beat them to the punch. but if im reading this right the server last saved long before i logged off and before i tamed two big foots sucks so bad if thats true.
