Now server is Offline with UNKNOWN status - whats going on guys ? Never used to have so many issues with your Company than i do now Ticket #348998

|Ive been waiting over 4hrs and not even had a reply to whats going on. Just left without a working server like yourselves

same here - i restarted mine and now have a useless server that wont start

Restarted server - Web UI just flashes and reverts to "stopped" status - wont update / clean / start anything. Server was running just fine till a simple restart and now the Control panel is bugged and cant get my server back online Ticket #823384

In Game Restart Notifications and World save IS NOT happening with custom restarts - server just restarts on time with NO notifications and rolls back to prev save when back up

My cluster server shows the same hostname without any #2 so only way telling them apart is by the map name - is this going to be fixed soon ?

Im guessing the cluster add on is an manual setup by your end and not automated because after issues with invoices saying unpaid even though i have an successfully paid invoice for the add-on im still waiting for such server to be created and be live as their is no options for me to do anything Ticket #424167

so will this be added to the dropdown map selection on the control panel or even though its an official supported included dlc we still have to run custom launch para's ?? because even though it says we can drop down and select the island / the center or Valhalla it only lets us select the island

place this in your GameUserSettings in the [serverSettings] block ResourcesRespawnPeriodMultiplier=1 increase the number for longer respawn times or reduce for quicker respawn times

either change location via your control panel or if thats dosent change your ping then open a ticket - as for the desync you running any mods and if so what ones ect

Since the latest update i woke up to the server in a "stopped" status and even though i restarted it it keeps crashing. Before you say anything NO its not the mods as i run another server hosted by gameservers.com which is a clone of this one but 60 player and that never crashes and has 40+ players on. Ticket #648712

The command is now -UseBattlEye NOT -Battleye

battleye option ticked and no icon showing battleye is enabled - tried un-ticked option too and same result.

How do we enable Battleye on the server ? it says do : If you wish to run your Unofficial Server with BattlEye, you can do so with -BattlEye but ive tried that and nothing seems to happen :-s

If the provided database backups are not restoring accurately, the data corruption might have stemmed prior to the date that we offer roll backs (up to 30 days prior) which we do not have archived backups for. I do apologize and I know how frustrating it is. There are several mods that apparently corrupt world data, certain in-game random occurrences, and other yet-to-be known reasons. Why would the game load a file ok then after i use your webtool to update ark it then fails on them all ?? that to me says YOUR tool or a corrupt update caused an issue and you have just deleted all my saved data as a quick fix!!!! Unfortunately it looks like all the backups were corrupted and the server needed to be wiped. I wiped the server and booted up right away. As i said earlier, updates can break save data and a roll back is required to preserve even a little bit of your data. In extreme scenarios, a complete wipe is required. This is BS - do an ark update with their control panel and now they say all my saved data on the server is bad and have to do a wipe >? Never have i had such issues with any other hosting provider as here.

Server fail to start - crash dumps now wont even attempt to start as web page just auto refreshes and reverts back to "stopped" status - NO its not mods as i removed them all to test and ive been running the same mods flawlessly anyway for 4 months now Ticket #847878

Since the day i got this server (over 3 months ago) it has never shown in the in game browser menu - why ? The in game browser is NOT broke because i have a second server from another host and that shows fine - showed up within a hour of the server going live, so why isnt the server i have with this host showing ???

How out of date must we be before we can update the servers ? ive got another server with another host and that has ran smooth through the past 3 updates so whats your issues ? server remains empty and unobtainable because its OUT OF DATE and cant be updated !! what the hell is going on ?
