Now server is Offline with UNKNOWN status - whats going on guys ? Never used to have so many issues with your Company than i do now Ticket #348998

|Ive been waiting over 4hrs and not even had a reply to whats going on. Just left without a working server like yourselves

same here - i restarted mine and now have a useless server that wont start

Restarted server - Web UI just flashes and reverts to "stopped" status - wont update / clean / start anything. Server was running just fine till a simple restart and now the Control panel is bugged and cant get my server back online Ticket #823384

In Game Restart Notifications and World save IS NOT happening with custom restarts - server just restarts on time with NO notifications and rolls back to prev save when back up

My cluster server shows the same hostname without any #2 so only way telling them apart is by the map name - is this going to be fixed soon ?

Im guessing the cluster add on is an manual setup by your end and not automated because after issues with invoices saying unpaid even though i have an successfully paid invoice for the add-on im still waiting for such server to be created and be live as their is no options for me to do anything Ticket #424167

so will this be added to the dropdown map selection on the control panel or even though its an official supported included dlc we still have to run custom launch para's ?? because even though it says we can drop down and select the island / the center or Valhalla it only lets us select the island

place this in your GameUserSettings in the [serverSettings] block ResourcesRespawnPeriodMultiplier=1 increase the number for longer respawn times or reduce for quicker respawn times

either change location via your control panel or if thats dosent change your ping then open a ticket - as for the desync you running any mods and if so what ones ect

no just click support from you control panel and fill out the info - you will get an email with a link to check the status
