I have tried to manually add this. It shows up in the ini file now but it is still not working. Any ideas? My favorite spot to build is off limits for the moment!!!!

Opened a support ticket myself. I can log in to official Primitive Plus servers and our server says it is running, but we can not log into it. I removed ALl other mods and something is still wrong. I have tried it with and without it TC ID included in the mod ID as well..... In case it is needed Support Ticket Opened [#753112] Any info would be helpful as we would really like to play! Thanks

So we started our server over fresh and we have a few odd issues. First issue is that our dinos are not stopping leveling at 59 levels after tame. They just keep going. So far we don't know to what extent, but not wanting level 500 dinos.....would ruin game. We have some mods but only ones that add silly items to game nothing that changes dinos or players. Second issue, we do not want Giganotosaurus on our servers. I changed the spawn to 0 in the files we have available to us through the console, but we have 3 on the server. So, I went to check the files and it still says 0 spawn but it is spelled wrong Gigantosaurus.....instead of Giganotosaurus, could this be the issue? If so, should I open a ticket to have it fixed? Thanks for any help that I can get on this.

Also, since the move our server has been locking up daily and we have to do a reboot before anyone can log back in? This is causing us to lose people. Any idea what may be causing it?

This happened on our server as well and now it just went down again. Our server was located in North Carolina, now when we search it, it says it is in Canada somewhere and has a different IP as well.....I would really like to know whats going on? I did see they tweeted about a hardware failure that probably caused the move but would have been nice to get an email or something especially since they had to change our IP addresses.... Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a lovely day in the wonderful world of Ark. Hoping someone may have some information that may help me. We have a player that plays on my server from germany. He plays all the time with no issues, but after patch yesterday he seems to disconnect as soon as he loads into server. Anyone have any ideas? We have people from several different countries and no one else seems to have issues. I have had him do the following Restart Steam Delete local content and re-install run a check on steam files and fix anything that was corrupted Reboot his router If anyone else has any ideas I would love to hear them! Gabeus, We use rounded walls and stairs and it works fine. have you tried scrolling to the bottom sections of your engrams/ They are down there. Just in case thought i would mention it. We did not have to do anything special for it to work just add it in MOD ID's.

Game Server #8965i still can not update to 228.2 and having no regular spawns kind of sucks. Any updates? I know some people are working but I have rebooted like 5 times on both of our servers and nothing..

Thank you for the response. I just had to put a new ticket in. We have had many severs through Survival Servers and have always had awesome service. This time we are having a few glitches. Server as you say is saving now it seems, server is not backing up (you mentioned disabling that for a bit) and now new people coming to our server can not find our server in the list and when going to View-Servers-Add server to favorites-adding IP and Port, it says server is not responding and new people can not get on. Is this something I can fix? Thanks for the responses and love your services, just having a few minor glitches this time. Probably user error....
