  1. For what game are you trying to accomplish this with? Generally you can log in with FTP and delete the files manually, or most of our games have a one time toggle for Cleaning the save folder. If you let me know what game server you are renting, I can give you a specific answer for it!

  3. You will need to download an FTP program, such as WinSCP to edit the files. Check out our Wiki page on FTP here

    Are you still having the issue of the Safe Zone not properly applying after changing those values to reflect what you sent in the reply? If so, please submit a support ticket so we can look into the issue more in-depth for you!

    I am looking at your settings now, I see the radius is set to 0, meaning the safezone radius would be a value of 0 which would give no coverage. A radius of 0.1 is equal to 100 metres on the map, so 0.1 = 100m. I would work from there and set the radius to whatever value you find appropriate.

  10. Did you submit a support ticket for the issue? If so we should have been able to get around to it and get the server online. Once it was initially rented, did you push an update to the server to install the files for the first time boot?
  11. We plan to add this version to the panel soon. If you wish to run it on your server, upon rental submit a support ticket and we will get it updated to Epoch 1.0.7 for you!
  12. When initially searching, were you certain the server displayed as "ready" in blue in your control panel? There are quite a few filters to check when searching for the server on PS4, you want to be under the unofficial PC Sessions filter, with the "Show Password Protected" box checked off since I see there is a lock password. I am looking at your control panel now and I see one user is connected. Were you able to locate the server?
  13. Try selecting the "Skip Mod/Server Update" boxes and then rebooting if you are experiencing long load times. This will skip the update of the server and any mods used and should improve reboot speeds!
  14. If the two of you are still having this issue, it is possible the configuration files are bugged. The best practice would be to reset the configuration files, and then reapply the settings that were changed! If needed, we can do this for you if you submit a support ticket!

    We could do it for you if you wish to submit a ticket, or you could use the "Delete World Save" check box in your server control panel and then apply an update!
  16. When you switch the map in the control panel, there is a disclaimer stating that all of the data will be lost upon switching maps. You should be able to restore a back up if you switch back to your previous map. Then, I would recommend you make a manual back up to save to your own PC so you have a safe copy of all of the data from your previous map.
  17. We will hold on to the data for approximately 60 days. What game server are you currently hosting? I am unable to find a server under the username Thor175, and this post was put under our general forum section. Depending on the game, it is definitely possible to make your own manual back up for safe keeping, or we can send you a Google Drive share link that could be used to download the game files.
  18. Try using the Steam Server Browser to search for your server instead! Using the IP and Steam Query port for your server, and add it to your Steam Favorites. This method is much more reliable for connecting.
  19. We need to re-open the invoice for this to be done as it is overdue, if the invoice was payable in the invoice tab it would not have been overdue so it could have been paid for. We do not like having players give their invoice #'s etc on the forums as it is viewable by the public. Most people do turn to forums with account specific questions such as these, and we need more information on the subject which we do not want to be on a public forum. I hope that clarifies why we generally ask users to send a support ticket.
  20. You are excluding the servers port when connecting, the port should be listed after the IP in your server control panel!
  21. Please submit a support ticket so that we can re-open the invoice for you! Then we will reactivate the server once the invoice is paid.
  22. I do not believe that RCON is available for Bedrock at this time. Please submit a support ticket and we can get you added as an OP!
