    I submitted a support ticket and it was fixed. It has since gone down a third time. I will place another support ticket..

    I rented one yesterday and it has been down for 9 hours now. The lack of support is concerning.

    The Server I bought yesterday is not responding and none of the control panel buttons work. The only one not greyed out is the launch button and that takes me to steam before telling me the server is not responding. I have no Idea what to do, there is no way for me to restart the server and no options I can change. The server status is unknown and the version is v???. I have put in a support ticket and there has been no help so far.
