  1. Please submit a support ticket and we can help you out with this issue, as there are some questions regarding what is done to the server we will need to ask. I took a look at each server, and am not seeing anything obvious that would cause the issue, as the machines they are running on have plenty of resources available. Leading me to believe the issue is related to mods or configuration file changes.
  2. Is this a server that you rented with us, or a random server that was in the list you played on? I do not see any server with that title in our system.
  3. There is no way to save your ARK PS4 data to then upload to the server at a later date. The back ups will be present in the server for about 30 days, but after that they will disappear. When you switch the map, it will clear the server of the current saved data.
  4. Are you certain the save name is the same as the file you are uploading? Also, when copying the file via FTP, is the server stopped, and after it is copied, are you pressing the "Start" button in the top right corner of your control panel? It is important do you not overwrite any of the configuration files generated by the server as they have network info particular to the server hosted by us.
  5. Log into FTP for your server, and then save everything inside the /ShooterGame/Saved/ folder to a local backup on your PC. To edit/upload/save/delete files via FTP, use the following method: Stop your server from the panel Log in to FTP using WinSCP (a free FTP software) using the connection details found in the "FTP Details" section of the game server control panel Navigate to the directory you wish to upload or edit a file After uploading your files in the proper directories, start your server from the panel You may found a download link for WinSCP here: http://winscp.net/eng/download.php

  7. You will also need to set up the mission folder to be called for in the ServerDZ.cfg file in the Admin folder!
  8. You will add the Mod ID to the mod id list, and then list the Map ID with the rest of your mods in the launch parameters!

    Yes, a wipe will start the server over from a clean install, so it will be reset to day 1 with no past data intact.
  10. If you check off the Disable PVP box in the Modify Config Tool, that will disable PVP, which enables PVE only. It sets the serverPVE command to True.
  11. What game are you having this issue with, as you posted this in the general forum section I am unsure. Please submit a support ticket and we can look into the issue for you, a program may be interfering with the server, or it could be double booted. We can get that resolved for you!
  12. Have you tried removing that mod to see if the server is then joinable?
  13. What is your GSID or Username? You can submit a support ticket here or reply back here with either piece of info and we can get it cleared for you.

  16. /Game/Mods/Savage_Wilds/Savage_Wilds?Multihome=xxxxxxxxxxx?Port=xxxxx?QueryPort=xxxxx?MaxPlayers=xx Would be the proper formatting for Savage Wilds! It is a bit different than the ARK Custom Map parameter settings.

  19. This sort of issue is best to be handled via Support ticket. I am looking at the server now and will reply back to you once I find out what is going on.
  20. That is strange, I would imagine there is a setting that could be altered to allow this. Please submit a support ticket and we will handle this for you!
  21. Please submit a support ticket for us to cancel your server! In the ticket include your Game Server ID and we will take care of it for you. This is not a matter for a forum post.

  23. I am not quite sure what you mean by this, is this an issue when connecting to your game server? Please submit a support ticket so we can look into this for you! Currently, I do not see a server rental under your forum username "Tempah"
  24. Please do so we can get the server moved, or determine what is causing the server to shut off frequently. If modifications were made or mods were added they may be the culprit.
