Is there a way to make the creatures spawn into a pixark instantly? rather than waiting 4 minutes after battle

Is there anyway to do damage when people are in the same tribe and mounted on dinos? it seems when i attack my friend when sitting on my wolf it does no damage to him until i dismount then start hitting him, its a chaos server i am using

Well its working now, but its not changing the map seed, its sticking to the original no matter what integer i put

So been trying to get a new seed with a fresh start, and it doesnt seem to be working
