Yes it is indeed possible to do this. The file you will want to save is found here: ConanSandbox/Saved, You will want to save the "Saved" folder found in the ConanSandbox directory. If you have any further questions just submit a support ticket!

I do not believe we or Nitrado are able to provide customers with save files from ARK PS4 servers due to NDA's with Sony. Send us in a support ticket and we can confirm/deny this is the case, as I am not sure if anything has changed.

I believe the command you will want to add to your config would be DisableBuildingAbandonment=True

If you are playing on PS4, unfortunately we cannot give out saved data due to an NDA with Sony Entertainment.

Thank you for making this post, we have not seen too many tickets on the issue so it looks to be doing it's job!

You will want to add that to the ini as well as upload the workshop mods to the correct location via FTP. You will need to locate the Workshop mods in your steamapps folder, they will show up as a folder with the Mod ID being the folders name.

Mods are not supported on the PS4 version of ARK as of now.

The only logs Conan has would be found in this file directory of your FTP: ConanSandbox/Saved/Logs/

Server config issue. Idle hunger & thirst settings are not present.

I am glad to hear you were able to figure out the config settings, for future reference submit a support ticket if you are having issues with adding commands to your server, that way we can add them for you to make it a pain free experience for you!
