    already did thank you though had some difficulty finding my way around but the problem is resolved

    I need help with my server as it seems to be unresponsive and the control panel locked me out of restarting it. I know it says that it is trying to finish the start task but its been on it for over and hour and a half and I'm not sure if it usually takes that long if i could get some help from an admin that would be awesome so i can get this started
