When you start the server back up after making edits to files, be sure to select the "Start" button toward the wop right of your panel. If you select the button you have been, the edits will not take effect. When you are clicking "Stop" and the page refreshes, does the server indicate it is no longer running in the control panel?

I am slightly confused, you are speaking of the structure wipe admin command correct? If so I am assuming those must be ran when you are in the grid of the specific server you wish to clear the structures from.

You will indeed want to change both values, then run a destroywilddinos admin command, I would guess this command is still valid in Atlas as it is a near replica of ARK.

If you still need any further assistance, please send in a support ticket if you have not already!

Log into FTP for your server, and then save everything inside the /ShooterGame/Saved/ folder to a local backup on your PC. To edit/upload/save/delete files via FTP, use the following method: Stop your server from the panel Log in to FTP using WinSCP (a free FTP software) using the connection details found in the "FTP Details" section of the game server control panel Navigate to the directory you wish to upload or edit a file After uploading your files in the proper directories, start your server from the panel You may found a download link for WinSCP here: http://winscp.net/eng/download.php

As of now it is not planned, but it could be added in the future! If you just do a little bit of practice with FTP, you will pick up on it quite quickly I am sure.

I hope one of our reps was able to get back to you! If not please let me know.

As of now I do not believe we are, but there could be plans to do so in the future!

I am unsure of exactly where it is located, I will need to do some research to see if it is shown anywhere in the files. Is your server showing as out of date in the control panel?
-
Try using the OverrideStructurePlatformPrevention=true command in your GameUserSettings.ini file!

Please do let us know, or send another ticket in. Sometimes tickets like to get lost in the void.
