    I did, due to some sort of issue with roll back, the only restore point was from 2-3 months ago. Most of our stuff is back but we lost a lot of progress. Witch is frustrating, but not world ending.

    My server went down due to non payment, and I managed to pay for it yesterday... However when I logged onto the server, all of the save data was gone. All the structures and tames. Is there a way to restore the data?

    My Ragnarok server has been giving me trouble ever since extinction was released. It says the server has started, however it just constantly attempts to load and doesn't proceed after that.

    GAME SERVER ID #69849 We've put in two tickets over three days, both were addressed and fixed. However we now have an unknown server status. Please help!
