I have not heard of anything other than the one they had. Thou the one they have is buggy and didn't always work for me when I had a server from them. If I come across anything I will be sure to post it.

Okay I just talked to them and if you can I would suggest switching the server to a different map then back to the one you want. There might of been an error the in the database set up. Causing the data to not be saved when playing. If or when you do this please update me if it fixes your issue.

The database will say 0 inside of your control panel. To access it you will need to download RedisDesktop Manager. That will give you access to it. As for the saves. It may be due to a BEC file of the game not saving before restart or saving at all. I will ask them about this and see what they think it could be. I had this issue at first and believe that is how I fixed it. Double checking

Have you added any extra stuff to the server such as custom mods? Edit: From the looks of it when joining your server. There are a lot of custom items added into your files. You will need to go into your mission.pbo and open your mission.sqm file with notepad++ Inside of there look for an addon section at the top. It should look like this (below): addOns[]= { "napf", "ca_modules_animals", "dayz_anim", "dayz_code", "dayz_communityassets", "dayz_weapons", "dayz_equip", "dayz_epoch", "dayz_vehicles", "cacharacters_pmc", "ca_modules_functions", "warfarebuildings", "glt_m300t", "pook_h13", "csj_gyroac", "map_eu", "jetskiyanahuiaddon", "gms_k98", "RH_m14", "FHQ_Remington", "FHQ_Remington_ammo", "FHQ_Remington_msr", "FHQ_Remington_xm2010", "FHQ_Remington_acr", "FHQ_Remington_rsass", "VILAS_WWP", "VILAS_RW_Forces", "VILAS_WWP_CO", "VILAS_RW_Forces_CO", "ddopp_taserpack", "smk_anims_lite", "MicroAirVehicles", "oz_is_objects", "monaro", "gsc_units_stalker_patch", "american_law_enforcement", "CYBP_Camels_Config", "nissan_350z", "bb_mercenary", "aif_arma1buildings", "ussr_cheytac" }; If not then edit it to look like so, repack your pbo and upload it to the server . Normally after you purchase the server. It will instantly how the admin panel to the server. Do you have a server panel showing up for the arma 3 epoch server? If not I will let them know to set it up manually.

To set up the admin panel first you will want to turn your server off (from within the server panel) Once that is done use the FTP information located in the panel to log in with filezilla or any other FTP client. Once you are logged in go into the epochHive folder and look for epochAH file. Open it with Notepad++ Inside that file you will need to add your UID which can be found by launching Arma 3. go into the configuration tab then profile. you will find it on the last line. Once you have that edited. save and then upload it back to the server through your FTP client. In game hit F1 to open the panel up. As for the vehicles and such, right below the epochAH file is epochconfig file. open that and you will find all the editable items, such as cars, time, traders, etc. Though right now it is very limited as they have not added a lot of stuff.
