I purchased an ark server yesterday. Next to the order button it says limited stock due to high demand, but then says instant setup. I am assuming since the server wasn't "instantly setup" that there is no current "stock", what is the usual wait time to have a server setup in this situation?

i was asking what needed to be done with the all in arma terrain pack. if it needed to be updated on the server...and if it does, if i needed to worry about any of the mods they installed on my server. or if i should just have them update it.

so i put in a ticket with the new support site yesterda. never got the normal "your ticket was received blah blah blah heres your ticket number" email. now im going in to see if the ticket is there but its asking me for my email address and the ticket number to view tickets...so im not sure if i should open the ticket again or not.

Gotcha and thank you, i know they fixed it the last time it happened to him. and they sent me the link to the basic battleeye scripting but looking through it i couldnt find how to fix the autoban issue, maybe if they find where the issue is and what is needed to be modified they could give me a run down on how to do it myself? im sure its something simple and probably something i could do myself once i had an idea of what the cause is.

Hey PSN_Steven, i was finally able to get the person having the issue on my server to get on, he was able to get onto my server and we were able to test some things for about an hour (we were looking at some of the AI mods that you guys had installed for me, seeing how well they worked and such) then out of nowhere he gets the autoban kick again. when it happened he said he was going into his inventory then suddenly he was kicked. after that point i wanted to see if it was just with my server so we went and tried some other ones, he was fine playing in the ccg us overpach chernarus, legions overpoch us server, and two official epoch servers with no autoban kick. lemme know if you need any specific info from me, any help would be much appreciated

i apologize for the delay in response, it was with epoch 2.5.1 now that my server has been changed to chernarus and epoch 2.5.2 i will have the person try again and let you know if the problem persists.

Hello, i have some people i know who keep getting this on my server. they don't get it on any of the official epoch servers. has anyone had this issue and/or knows how to fix it?
