  2. To add mods on your DayZ Standalone server you will want to do the following: Switch your servers map type to "Custom" via the Game Server Control panel to enable the "Custom Launch Parameters" Add the id(s) of the mods to the Mod ID area on the panel To activate the mods you will want to put -mod= followed by the mod you wish to activate For example -mod=@example;@mod;@folders Note: if you have mods with spaces in the name. Add " " around the -mod=@example;@mod;@folders part Example: "-mod=@example;@mod;@folders" Optional step (if our Mod Updater does not do this automatically) It is important to note that if the workshop mod comes with a "Keys" folder you will need to add the file contained within that folder to your servers main "Keys" folder in the main file directory if not already there! Then click on the green "Save Settings and Restart Game Servers" button for the changes to take effect and for the mods to load! Once the server is fully booted up and shows started (You may need to refresh the page) head to: https://dayzsalauncher.com/#/servercheck and enter your servers ip:port number (change the last port number to an and click check server. This will add your server to the dayzsa launcher and allow it to show the new mods you have added. To edit/upload/save/delete files via FTP, use the following method: Stop your server from the panel. Log in to FTP using WinSCP (a free FTP software) using the connection details found in the "FTP Details" section of the game server control panel. Download link for WinSCP here: http://winscp.net/eng/download.php Navigate to the directory you wish to upload or edit a file. After editing/uploading/deleting your files in the proper directories, start your server from the panel.
  3. You shouldn't. If you have issues let us know in a ticket. We can take a look into things to see what could be going on.
  4. Please submit a ticket and we can further assist with this.

Currently as of this moment we sadly do not offer any sort of mod install services due to time restraints.
  6. For dayz by default the install only gets the mod folder installed as there is no way to extract the data from the folder due to how each mod is different in its setup. Which is why you would need to add the extra files to the admin folder which is the server profile folder many mods require the data to be in.
  7. Server looks to be up now. Let us know if you spot any further issues.
  8. For the logs they will be listed within the Admin folder in the FTP client.
  9. Are you seeing a sort of issue or just wanting info on another aspect on stuff such as adding stuff?
  10. Fore the port try setting a 9 for the last number and see if that helps get you logged in.
  11. I believe so as well as I have seen a few issues with it on my end also. Make sure you are on the latest build thou as it seems the install process has changed.
  12. Sorry for this issue. If this is for 78.46.104.26 we are looking into it as it seems to be an issue at the data center. It should be corrected shortly.
  13. Let us know if you still do not see the server listed. If you do not please send a ticket in for us to get this corrected.
  14. Here's a little guide on how to whitelist admin Steam64 IDs. Get your list of Steam64 IDs you would like to automatically admin your server upon logging in. It should be one Steam64 id per line. To find out the Steam64 id, you can use this website resource Stop your server from the control panel Log in to your server via an FTP client - here's a great guide on how to do that Navigate to \ShooterGame\Saved\ Create a new file here called AllowedCheaterSteamIDs.txt Paste the content of your list here and save Start your server and you should all have auto admin! If you run into any issues with this method please let us know and we can have this done for you.
  15. Currently with a dedicated server there is no way to specify a server seed. If you want to use a custom seed you will want to go into single player and created your world with your desired seed, then following the upload instructions (which can be found on your control panel) upload the world to your server. If you want to find out what your current server's seed is, you will want to download a copy of your world via FTP and place it into C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim\worlds then boot up your game and you will be able to see the seed from the single player world select menu. If you need instructions on how to download your world let us know!
  16. Looks like the lock is now off. Let us know if you still see any issues.
  17. On the panel there should be an option to delete the save data, mods, and steamcmd. If you want a full file reset we can do that for you on our end and I will let Ryan know of the full reset request.
  18. Unknown servers should be fixed up now.
  19. One thing to check is if you have the auto updates enabled. This can extend the normal boot up time as it will go through an update phase each restart.
  20. If you still see this issue please send in a support ticket. This will better help us getting things fixed.
  21. If you are using the default launch you might try the courseforge launcher to see if that helps as it will let you launch using the mod itself.
  22. Sadly they are currently only for PC steam as of right now.
  23. It should be the Delete World Save option.
  24. You should see it on the top of the panel under the start/stop/restart buttons.
  25. Sorry to hear you are seeing this. If you made any edits to the server you might try checking over those. The log file should also show info on what could be going on. Feel free to send a support ticket in if you wish to as well and we can look into it.
